At Ox Graphix, many of our products are custom made to order. Production times vary depending on the size and complexity of your project. Estimated production and delivery times will be provided whenever possible.

Shipping

We offer flat-rate shipping on eligible orders within the continental United States. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout, when applicable.

Local Delivery

Many school, team and club orders qualify for free local delivery to a designated school, practice, event or other agreed-upon location. If your order qualifies, we'll coordinate the details with your organization.

Delivery Times

While we work hard to meet every deadline, delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Production and shipping times may be affected by artwork approval, product availability, weather, carrier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.
