Most custom orders take 2–3 weeks after the order is placed or the store closes. Need it faster? Let’s talk. We love a good deadline challenge and have even turned around a few same-day orders.

Is there a minimum order?

It depends on the item, but generally the more you do the better the price. 

Can you help us do something unique?

This is our specialty and we would love to help you find that perfectly unique item for your crew.

What do you need for artwork?

To get the best quality decoration hi-res vector art is preferred. We can work with anything though and if you need help developing your logo or design we can do that too.

Do you do fundraising?

We do! There are some things we've figured out that work best so please email deanna@oxgraphix.com to get more details. 

What is your return policy?

Most items are made to order and all sales are final. Sometimes we are able to exchange new, unworn items.
